  4. This file can be renamed to mail.$01 (or an unused email number)
  5. and Nettamer will send it as email, if you copy it to the nettamer
  6. message directory. If you cannot run the program, then please 
  7. supply the information below, anyway.

  9. Read the nettamer.doc first. That has most everything which you
  10. need to know and is a heck of a lot faster than sending email.

  35. Is there an NT.ERR file in the main nettamer directory, if so
  36. then attach it to the message.

  38. If the problem occured during dial in, please attach the login.cap
  39. file. If it occured after PPP negotiations were completed, then
  40. attach the PACKET.CAP file. All these files are text, so that
  41. they can be imported directly to a message. Do not zip and uuencode
  42. unless they are really big.
